BS Associates Int. is an early-stage technology collective founded in 2025 by four individuals who chose to begin building before the world told them they were ready. What they are constructing — across operating systems, aerospace, cybersecurity, and software engineering — is real, active, and still being shaped.
Who We Are
BS Associates Int. was not founded in a boardroom or born from a venture capital thesis. It was founded in a WhatsApp group, by four friends from Vijayawada who had spent years being told, in various ways, that their ambitions were unrealistic. They were students. They were young. They had no funding, no institutional backing, and no roadmap given to them by anyone else.
What they had was something rarer: a shared refusal to wait. On June 1st, 2025, Billionaire Squad — the founding unit of BS Associates Int. — was formally inaugurated. Each member had already chosen a different discipline. Each was already building. The question was not whether to begin. The question was how to build something together that none of them could build alone.
Today, BS Associates Int. is the umbrella organisation that houses their collective work — a portfolio of active, early-stage technology ventures spanning operating systems, encrypted communications, software validation, cybersecurity, and aerospace. Some ventures are in active use. Others are still in development. All of them are honest about exactly where they stand.
We do not claim to have arrived. We claim to be building, seriously, and in public.
Our Philosophy
Principle I
Build before you feel ready.
Readiness is not a threshold to be crossed — it is a feeling that follows action, not one that precedes it. Every company under BS Associates Int. was started while its founder was still a student, still learning, still uncertain. That is not a weakness in our origin story. That is the point of it. The work teaches you what no preparation can.
Principle III
Honesty about where we stand.
We are early. We know this. We do not dress our prototypes as finished products, or describe our ambitions as achievements. What we are building is real — and because it is real, it deserves to be described accurately. This honesty is not humility for its own sake. It is the foundation on which trust — from collaborators, from contributors, from the wider world — is built and kept.
Principle II
No vision without output.
Ideas are not achievements. Plans are not progress. The only thing that matters, ultimately, is what has been built, shipped, validated, and used. Every team within our ecosystem operates on a simple standard: something real must be produced. Code must be committed. Reports must be filed. Systems must run. Ambition earns nothing on its own.
Principle IV
The system outlasts the individual.
Every person within the BS Associates Int. ecosystem is dispensable to the system — and that is by design. The goal is not to build organisations that depend on any single individual's energy or presence. The goal is to build systems so well-structured that they continue, improve, and scale regardless of who is in the room. That is the difference between a group of people and an organisation.

The story of BS Associates Int. is the story of four people who met in a school in Vijayawada and understood, almost immediately, that they shared something beyond friendship: a particular kind of stubbornness in the face of doubt.

The First Meeting
Tharun Joshua, Thahar Baig, Tapasvi, and Jaswanth came together at Don Bosco High School. Four individuals from entirely different backgrounds, united by a common experience: the feeling of having a direction that nobody around them seemed to understand or take seriously. They studied together, played football together, and quietly built the groundwork for something none of them could yet articulate.
10th Standard
The Promise
Before the world separated them into different colleges and different cities, they made a declaration that their classmates found absurd: that in ten years, they would return to that school in an Airbus ACH 160 helicopter — as billionaires. It was said with absolute conviction and received with absolute disbelief. Both reactions were exactly right.
May 2025
The Reunion
Two years of silence — imposed by college, geography, and the ordinary chaos of growing up — ended with a single phone call. Tharun reached out to Thahar. Within days, the four were in contact again. Within weeks, they had a plan. The WhatsApp group they created was called "The Billionaire Squad." The name was not ironic.
June 1, 2025
The Inauguration
Billionaire Squad was formally inaugurated as a working organisation. The first month was spent building skills — courses, frameworks, tools. By the second month, the first real work had begun. Companies were founded. Departments were created. Contributors were recruited. The ecosystem that would become BS Associates Int. was taking shape.
2025 — Present
The Build
Today, BS Associates Int. operates across seven active companies, with over 200 contributors working across engineering, testing, security, and systems development. The founders are still students. The work is still early. And the helicopter is still on the plan.

The four founders of BS Associates Int. hold different roles, different disciplines, and different companies. What they share is a common origin — and an uncommon refusal to let circumstances define the ceiling.

Vehicle Engineer · OS Developer · Automotive Designer
Tharun is the architect of the BS Associates Int. ecosystem — the person who called the first meeting, structured the first companies, and continues to define the long-term direction of the collective. A self-taught programmer who learned to write operating system kernels, he is preparing to study Vehicle and Mobility Engineering at Hochschule München in Germany, where his lifelong work on TJ Autoteck — a full automotive brand spanning hypercars, SUVs, and Supersport Tourers — will find its technical foundation.
Within the BS Associates Int. ecosystem, Tharun leads BS OS SE — a custom operating system built from scratch in Rust, C, and Assembly — and oversees the strategic direction of all subsidiary ventures. He is the person who teaches the others, corrects the system when it drifts, and holds the thread that connects the vision to the work.

Thahar is the enforcer, the standard-setter, and the security layer of Billionaire Squad. An AME student at GMR School of Aviation and Civil Pilot, he has gained hands-on experience at one of Asia's largest MRO facilities — exposure that most engineers never see until years into their career. He has been working working on one of the most crucial departments at BS Associates int..
As CEO of Hedge Securities International, he leads a team of over 50 engineers working on encrypted communication systems, low-level networking, and the security infrastructure that underpins the entire BS OS SE ecosystem. His long-term venture, TBay, is an aerospace company with ambitions that extend beyond commercial aviation.

Tapasvi

Tapasvi is the execution engine of Billionaire Squad — the person who converts direction into done. Pursuing a Computer Science degree in Technical Administration and Software Engineering at NIAT, he is simultaneously leading InGen Tech Test Laboratories, the validation and quality assurance arm of the BS Associates Int. ecosystem, and Red Comet IT, which handles toolchain and integration infrastructure.
With over 80 contributors in InGen alone, Tapasvi has built what is effectively a professional testing organisation inside a student collective. He is also an active participant in NIAT's startup community, where he applies the lessons of building BS OS SE to mentor others who are beginning the same journey.

Jaswanth Sai
Cybersecurity Engineer · Systems Developer · Deep Tech Founder
Jaswanth is the quiet intelligence at the centre of the BS Associates Int. technical stack. Studying Computer Science in Cybersecurity and Digital Criminology at KL University — one of India's most respected institutions in the field — he currently leads a team of engineers focused on kernel-level tools, custom extensions, and the plugin architecture that gives BS OS SE its scalability.
As founder of JSTech Inc. and J Utilities, Jaswanth is responsible for the tools that the entire ecosystem depends on: custom QEMU builds, development environments, driver systems, and the kernel plugin framework that allows BS OS SE to be extended without touching its core. He is, in the words of those who work with him, the one who makes chaos function.
